The Town of Grantwood Village

Welcome to Grantwood Village

Thank you for visiting the official website of the Town of Grantwood Village. Within our new website, you will find contact information for the Board of Trustees, information regarding our Homeowner’s Associations, and general information about the Village. Whether you are a current or prospective resident, we hope our website provides you the information you need while displaying all the greatness of Grantwood Village.

Grantwood is the proud home to nearly 900 residents, 345 homes, Grant’s Farm, The Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site, and Grant’s Trail. The Village is an active community with engaged and neighborly residents; it truly is a unique place to live.

2012 marks the 75th Anniversary of the incorporation of Grantwood Village.  One way we are commemorating the occasion is a historical book depicted the early years, residents, homes, and events throughout our 75 years and beyond.  Please see this letter which was also included in the Spring Newsletter for items needed to compile the book, and also pass along to former residents.
